Refund & Service Guarantee Policy

At Global Water Tank, we take immense pride in the quality of our hygiene services. Since we provide a professional service, “returns” are not applicable in the traditional sense. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer the following guarantee:

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality at the time of service completion, please inform our on-site supervisor immediately. We will re-clean the specific areas to meet our quality standards at no additional cost.

2. 24-Hour Service Warranty

If you notice any visible dirt or residue within 24 hours after our team has completed the job, we will dispatch a technician to your location for a follow-up inspection and rectifying the issue free of charge.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Advance Notice: We request at least 12 to 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled visit may incur a small “Visiting Fee” to cover transport and logistics costs.

4. Refund Policy

  • Service Executed: Once a service is fully performed and signed off by the customer, no refunds will be issued.

  • Pre-payments: If you have made a pre-payment and wish to cancel your booking (at least 24 hours in advance), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Equipment/Tank Damage: In the highly unlikely event of any damage caused by our equipment, a thorough investigation will be conducted. If proven, we will cover the repair costs or provide an equivalent refund.
